Before you start.
Do I need a tutor to use Passmate?
No. Your child can use Passmate on their own and you'll still get full insight into how they're learning. But Passmate is designed to make tutoring dramatically more effective - so if you do have a tutor, they'll get a weekly briefing that transforms how they use their time with your child.
What age is this for?
Passmate 11+ is designed for children in Years 4, 5, and 6 preparing for grammar school entrance exams. We're building SATs and GCSE products next.
Which exam boards do you cover?
GL Assessment and CEM. Tell us which schools you're applying to and we'll tailor the practice to match their format and requirements.
Can I use this alongside Bond, CGP, or other practice books?
Yes. Passmate doesn't replace practice books - it makes all practice more useful by tracking what your child gets wrong, diagnosing why, and giving their tutor the full picture. The books are the reps. Passmate is the intelligence.
What happens after the 11+?
The profile your child builds stays with them. When Passmate SATs and Passmate GCSE launch, everything carries forward. No starting over.
How do I connect my child's tutor?
You invite them from your parent dashboard. They create a free tutor account and get access to your child's briefings immediately. Takes about two minutes.
Is my child's data safe?
Yes. The profile belongs to you, not us. You can export or delete it any time. We comply with UK GDPR and the Children's Code (Age Appropriate Design Code). We never sell data and never will.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in two clicks from your account. No contracts, no notice period. We send a reminder email before each renewal.
